This Privacy Notice explains how “Present to Succeed” LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, processes, and protects your personal data in connection with your participation in the Present to Succeed Conference, whether in person at Sofia Event Center (SEC) or online via the Swapcard platform.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal data such as health information, ethnicity, or political beliefs.

5.2. Sponsors:
Your personal data (name and email) will only be shared with sponsors if:

You voluntarily interact with a sponsor (e.g., visit their booth in Swapcard, attend their session, or engage in an activation at the physical venue).

You explicitly provide your details to them.
No attendee data is shared automatically with sponsors without your voluntary interaction.
6. Photography and Recordings
By attending the Conference (in-person or online), you acknowledge that we will record and photograph event sessions and activities for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
Your image or likeness may appear in these materials.
Due to the nature of the event, opting out of being recorded or photographed is not possible. If you do not wish to appear, you may choose not to attend the event.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve functionality and understand visitor behavior.
