Conference Terms & Conditions of Attendance

The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between “Present to Succeed” LLC, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, with UIC: 206325351, having its seat and registered address at Sofia, Bulgaria, 1124, district Sredets, Ivan Asen II street, No 60, represented by Boris Hristov and Iva Nachkova, managers, (“Present to Succeed”, “Present2succeed”, “us”, “we”, “our”), as the organizer, and the attendees (“Attendee”, “you” or “your”) of a conference hosted both live and online (the “Conference”), and govern the access to and participation in the Conference.

You enter into this agreement and will be bound by these terms when you purchase a ticket to attend the Conference. Read these terms carefully, as different terms might apply to you, depending on what type of ticket you have bought.

1. Definitions

Attendee – any person who has purchased a ticket (or had a ticket purchased for them) to attend the Conference either in-person or online.

Conference – “Present to Succeed” conference hosted both live at Sofia Event Center (SEC) and online, which includes and is separated into sessions and may include additional masterclasses.

Venue – Sofia Event Center (SEC), Sofia, Bulgaria, or any substitute physical venue announced on the Website.

Website – the official Conference website www.presenttosucceed.bg.

Online Platform – the online platform used to stream the Conference and provide online participation.

Ticket Types –

  • Local Access (In-person): access to the live event in Sofia, all sessions, recordings, meals, coffee, swag, and the closing cocktail.

  • Global Access (In-person): includes everything in Local Access plus online access to the London 2026 event, its recordings, and the recordings of the 2025 Sofia event.

  • Local Access (Online): online participation in all Sofia sessions, including recordings.

  • Global Access (Online): includes everything in the Online Local Access ticket plus online access to the London 2026 event and its recordings.
     

2. Tickets

In order to attend the Conference, Attendees must purchase a ticket from any of the provided categories listed on the Website.

Each ticket must be assigned to an individual Attendee. Multiple simultaneous attempts to access using a single ticket will not be permitted.

All tickets shall be available for purchase on the Website and paid through payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe. Once a successful ticket transaction has been completed, tickets are delivered electronically via email to the address nominated by the Attendee.

We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time. Price changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

Present to Succeed may organize various promotions regarding the acquisition of tickets. Any promotion and its specific conditions will be announced on the Website and the Conference’s official social media accounts.

Ticket upgrades

Attendees may upgrade to a higher-level ticket (e.g., from Local to Global Access or by adding a Masterclass) up to three (3) business days before the event. Downgrades are not permitted.
 

Group discounts
 

Group and corporate ticket purchases (10 or more) are eligible for discounts as published on the Website’s Group Discounts page.
 

3. Registration
 

To attend the Conference, you must register through the Website. The registration form requires information such as your name and email address. You may also be given the option to register using your LinkedIn account.

If an organization purchases multiple tickets, it will receive a unique code for each Attendee to register on the Website. The organization must ensure that all Attendees are made aware of and accept these Terms.

Registration is deemed complete when you receive a confirmation email to the address provided during registration.

For in-person attendance, additional details such as emergency contact information may be requested for safety reasons.

4. Attendee Obligations
 

General
 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to share, sell, or trade your ticket. Unauthorized transfer or resale will void the ticket and deny access to the Conference. We reserve the right to cancel such tickets without refund.

You agree to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. We reserve the right to remove any attendee (online or in-person) whose behavior we deem disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
 

Online Attendees
 

When participating online, you must not:

  • insult, harass, or slander other participants (including Sponsors or Speakers);

  • post spam or offensive content in chat areas;

  • record or redistribute session content.

Violations will result in removal from the online platform without refund.
 

In-Person Attendees

  • You must wear your Conference badge visibly at all times inside the Venue.

  • You agree to follow all reasonable instructions from venue staff and the organizer regarding safety and conduct.

  • You must not engage in disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

  • You agree not to attend the event if you are experiencing contagious illness symptoms.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

  • The Venue will have basic security and a medical professional on-site for general safety.
     

5. Cancellation of Attendance and Refunds

You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of the ticket purchase date and only before the Conference takes place to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed in the same payment form as the original purchase.

After this 30-day period or once the Conference begins, no refunds will be provided.

Each in-person ticket automatically includes online access, so if you cannot attend in person, you may still participate online using the same ticket credentials.

6. Access to the Conference

Access to the Conference Online

A valid ticket and registration entitle you to access the Conference online via the Online Platform. You will receive access instructions via email before the event. Online participation requires compatible devices and internet access. Present to Succeed is not responsible for technical issues on your side.

Access to the Conference In Person

A valid ticket entitles you to access the Venue. Entry requires showing your digital ticket and wearing the provided badge

.

Meals, coffee, and the closing cocktail are included for all in-person attendees. Travel, visas, and accommodation are your responsibility.

7. Recordings

All Conference sessions will be recorded. Attendees will receive access to recordings according to their ticket type. Recordings will be available up to 30 days after the Sofia event concludes.

You will receive an email with login details to access the recordings when available.

Attendees may take photos or short video clips for personal or social media use but may not live-stream or record entire sessions.

8. Changes or Cancellation of the Conference

While we strive to maintain the published program, unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the schedule, speakers, content, platform, or venue.

If the in-person portion of the Conference cannot take place due to events beyond our control, the event may be converted to an online-only format. In such a case, no refunds will be provided, and in-person tickets will be automatically converted to online tickets.

We will notify you of any changes through the Website, email, and social media channels.

In the unlikely event of total cancellation, we will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by you.

9. Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

By attending the Conference (in-person or online), you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Present to Succeed may use such media for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes in any format and for an unlimited duration, without further approval or compensation.

Other attendees, sponsors, or media representatives may also take photographs or video during the event. We are not responsible for third-party use of such images.

Recording or live-streaming full sessions by Attendees is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Conference, its content, recordings, and materials distributed in connection with it are owned by us and/or the respective speakers or sponsors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Conference content beyond personal viewing, as this may result in liability under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that all speaker views and opinions are their own. We do not accept responsibility for any advice or views expressed during the Conference.

We are not liable for:

  • personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property at the Venue,

  • travel disruptions or delays,

  • technical issues affecting online access, or

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for your ticket, after deduction of applicable processing fees.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation or breach of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

“Force Majeure” means events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such circumstances, we are not liable if the Conference is postponed, rescheduled, or converted to an online-only format.

14. Personal Data

Present to Succeed will collect and process your personal data to provide the services described in these Terms, including registration management, communications, and safety compliance for in-person attendees.

15. Amendments

We may amend these Terms when necessary. Updated versions will be published on the Website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Ireland.

The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses or these Terms as a whole.
